We have limited spots available for the 2026 craft show, since many have preregistered from previous years. Registrations will be accepted based on the postmark date. If more registration forms than spots are postmarked on the same date a random drawing will occur for the spots. Once all spots are filled, we will start a waitlist.

 

Everyone will be notified by email of their status—accepted or wait-listed. If you are on the waitlist, you will be assigned a number so you know where you are on the list. Remember, however, that not everyone on the wait list will accept a spot if one becomes available.

 

When a spot becomes available the next person on the waitlist will be notified by email and will have 24 hours to accept or reject it.

 

If no response is received, it will be treated as a rejection and we will move to the next person on the waitlist. No checks will be cashed until a spot in the show is assigned.
